Our small, agile and flexible central team support our family of 15 primary and secondary Academy Trust schools located across Hampshire and West Sussex. This role will support the vision and aims of the Trust providing support to a range of different departmental activities and acting as a conduit for our team members and their partner schools.

We need an excellent "all-rounder" who will be responsible for supporting a wide range of high level administrative activities for our Human Resources team and its schools. You must be able to successfully work independently or as part of a team with excellent customer service and communications skills.

Working in a busy and changing environment you''ll be responsible for delivering a helpful, confidential and professional service. It''s vital you are well organised, can work to deadlines with the ability to deal with a range of people, projects, queries and systems. It''s essential you have excellent knowledge and skills of Mircosoft Office including databases and spreadsheets, can work with an online HR system, good typing skills, excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
