Do you have experience as an HR Generalist within a multi-client environment (Professional Services, HR Consultancy or Multiple internal clients) Have you worked for multi-national organisation or a business headquarters outside the UK?
An HR Generalist is required to join an established HR team, providing support to several UK and international clients due to growth of the business.
What will you be doing as an HR Generalist?
·Working in a small HR team
·Managing multiple HR projects simultaneously
·Provide an HR advisory service to several clients, sometimes on international HR issues
·Provide an internal HR service to employees and management
·Provide support on situations such as redundancies, TUPE, ER issues
·Build strong client relationships
·Write HR policies, handbooks, HR guides, mentor and provide advice HR advice
What do you need as an HR Generalist?
·3-5+ years professional experience in Human Resources, ideally with international experience
·Good client handling skills
·Shared Service HR or multi-client experience
·Graduates preferred or CIPD (Level 3 or 5)
·Excellent interpersonal skills
·Self motivated and confident with drive to succeed in a busy environment with ever changing priorities
