I am a hardworking, intelligent sales person and have spent my working life in sales and recruitment in Reading. I have become exceptionally knowledgeable in most aspects of recruitment in Reading in addition to developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. Having had several branch manager roles in Reading I am also experienced in managing staff. I am keen to embrace a new challenge in recruitment in Reading. I am excellent with computers and find I adapt quickly to any package presented to me.

My main responsibilities in this challenging role include establishing relationships with Reading businesses, as well as organisations further afield, maintaining a good working knowledge of vacancies in Reading and recruitment in Reading and ensuring the smooth running of the branch through effective management of my team. Our major focus is Reading recruitment which I believe that I have aided by making sure that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to significantly increase our Reading business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to create a relationship with Reading Borough Council / Berkshire County Council. We were able to fill these public sector jobs very efficiently.


2000 – 2006

During my time here we specialised in temporary recruitment in Reading. I was responsible for a team of 8 making sure they remained motivated and effective. I put in place achievable targets and a reward system to improve staff morale. I also established good relationships with Reading companies in order to help with their temporary recruitment in Reading.

I began as a trainee consultant and in just 2 years advanced to a senior consultant role. It was during my work here that I gained knowledge about recruitment in Reading and received a great deal of training including the legal and regulatory aspects of recruitment, managing staff skills and sales. I was also frequently the top sales person for my branch.

This was my first role after leaving my education and I started as a junior in the telesales department and advanced to the position of senior advertising sales executive. My main responsibilities included maintaining relationships with Reading businesses in order to receive their recruitment advertising. I would also help my clients with making sure that their recruitment advertising was effective.
